Whether your event is an elegant seated dinner for 50 guests, or a high-end cocktail party with passed hors d'oeuvres for 500 people, Splashlight Catering creates customized menus and provides attentive service to meet your every need.

Our daily menu is based on the Chef’s inspiration and culinary principles of using only the freshest ingredients on the market.  Whether it’s simple and delicious food reminiscent of the comfort of a home-cooked meal, or the elegant and sophisticated cuisine of the top chefs, Splashlight Catering provides menu and pricing options that allow our guests to embrace the exotic flavors of the world.

Our attentive and friendly service can accommodate any dietary and/or health concerns.  Generally, Breakfast is served between 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., Lunch between 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., and Snack from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
