Splashlight is redefining the way that companies create visuals for advertising, marketing and publishing with computer-generated imagery (CGI) — a way to extend the boundaries of traditional photography. Instead of transporting a vehicle to a remote location, Splashlight can turn engineering data of the car into virtual photographs that save time and money from the creative process. Through CGI, we've helped Chrysler and Porsche launch new vehicles, worked with Pepsi on their recent rebranding, and developed characters for a popular M&Ms campaign.

Our creative team emerged last fall with the acquisition of Joe Zeff Design, Inc., one of the first studios to seize the potential of using Hollywood-grade special effects software for print. As Graphics Director of Time magazine, Joe was at the forefront of a revolution that resulted in the widespread use of CGI in newspapers and magazines. His team at Splashlight includes CGI Director Ed Gabel, CGI artist Chris O'Riley, and Animation Director William Vaughan, whose experience includes teaching hundreds of professional animators at the DAVE School at Universal Studios, and modelling characters for Pixar's latest short film, "Partly Cloudy."
